Women-only cardio and strength workout is designed to build total-body strength, boost cardiovascular endurance, and increase energy in a supportive, motivating, and judgment-free environment. The session combines heart-pumping cardio intervals with functional strength training to help women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Modifications and progressions are always offered so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body - whether you are brand new to exercise or returning after a break. Maximum 12 women.
Schedule description One time one hour per week for 13 weeks.
